Shop Policies


All of the items that you see in my shop are originals and created by myself. I welcome custom orders and commissions; you may contact me by using the form to the right, or by If you see something in the shop that is sold out, I can try my best to recreate something similar.


Your purchase will ship upon receipt of payment. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. If any unusual circumstances occur I will contact you. Conversely if you need something quickly please let me know and I will try my best to get it out to you. Cancellations may occur within 24 hours of receipt of the order only.


I ship Canada Post. All international customers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.
If you have specific shipping upgrade requests they will be handled at your expense.
All illustrations are mailed flat, not rolled. Knits and accessories are mailed in bubble envelopes.

Refunds and Exchanges

If an item is lost in shipment, in other words, in a situation beyond my control, I will refund you the value of the item or attempt a substitute.
If you are unsatisfied with the product because it is grossly different from the advertisement, you must request a refund within 24 hours of receipt. The refund of the item will only be issued upon receipt of the returned item, in new condition.
If an item is returned the customer will incur the shipping charges.
